Echo Energy Canada Inc. is a Canadian success story.

the shores of Lake Erie is a reality. Financed, built and operated by
people in Ontario, Echo Energy Canada is now developing a
sizeable natural gas reserve in

29, 2008 the Company has 60,208,086 shares outstanding.
